On June 17, 2015, CIC issued a notice stating that individuals from Yemen who received their final decision from IRB or their final PRRA decision between June 18, 2014 and June 17, 2015, only. r
Due to the current country conditions, individuals from Yemen are to be exempted from the one-year bar on applying for a PRRA. Individuals who receive their decisions after June 17, 2015 are not entitled to a PRRA for 12 months.
