Refunds and Disputes

You can book a legal consultation on our website. If you cancel your booking prior to the scheduled time, we offer a full refund on your first cancellation. Refunds and payment schedule for legal services are discussed individually with each client when a retainer is signed.

In any case of disputes, the final decision making authority is Jenny Rokhline.
